If you go to the Council of Conservative Citizens (www.cofcc.org) you can see that they are now organizing a chapter there. Though whether this chapter will get many people remains to be seen. (You may have to scroll down a ways.)
The CofCC has New York and Pennsylvania chapters.
The CofCC does get involved in Republican party politics outside the South. There was a Republican party candidate in Illinois who was a member.
It will be interesting to see in the upcoming Presidential Primary in New Hampshire who the CofCC people are supporting. My guess would be Tancredo. He clearly is a favorite at their website www.cofcc.org.
