In the
Southern Partisan, Vol. 25 No. 1, Jan. 2006, released recently, page 9, is a short item on a Lee - Jackson ceremony in the Capitol Hall of Staturary, and one of the participants is Federal Judge Richard Bender Abell, who praises Robert E. Lee.
