At the above link is an excellent blog by Kevin M. Levin reviewing Bruce Levin's book, " Confederate Emancipation: Southern Plans to Free and Arm Slaves During the Civil War,"
Kevin points out that the black Confederate soldier is in a similar class as UFOs and alien abductions.
